August 2011 saw the launch of the boots.com mobile site, which uses a mobile platform provided by Usablenet and is a streamlined version of the main desktop website that can be accessed from any web-enabled mobile device.
Developed as part of the boots.com in-house design team and as the primary designer of the mobile optimised site I worked with our customer experience, commercial and business teams to ensure we balanced commercial requirements with customer engagement.
